Overview
The Keysight M8041A is a high-performance BERT (Bit Error Rate Testing) module designed for pattern generation and error detection. Supporting data rates up to 16 Gb/s, the M8041A can be configured as a pattern generator, error detector, or combination thereof in a 3-slot AXIe form factor. It is part of the J-BERT M8020A high-performance BERT system for validating high-speed serial interfaces.
