The Keysight 81160A is a high-precision pulse function arbitrary noise generator designed to eliminate the need for complex multi-instrument setups in device stress testing. With intrinsic jitter of 7 ps rms, it delivers the timing stability required for both general-purpose bench tests and advanced serial data stress testing applications.
