The Keithley 8010 is a high-power device test fixture that provides safe and convenient connections for testing packaged semiconductor devices at high voltage and high current levels. The fixture supports simultaneous connections of multiple SourceMeter SMU instruments and includes integrated protection circuits to prevent damage during device faults.
