Overview

The AMETEK MX30-3PI-480 is a 30 kVA programmable AC/DC power source designed for automated test equipment (ATE) and product test applications. Built with state-of-the-art PWM switching technology, it combines compactness and robustness in a compact floor-standing design. The system features a menu-driven front panel controller with backlit LCD display and supports arbitrary waveform generation and time/frequency domain measurements.

The MX30 model operates in single or three-phase output mode in AC or AC+DC configurations. In DC mode, 50% of the AC power level is available. The regenerative "Green" power solution enables bidirectional operation, allowing automatic crossover between source and sink modes for energy-efficient testing. The 480V configuration provides expanded voltage range capability.
